PADI Courses:
The Basic Freediver course focuses on confined water skills, including static and dynamic apnea.
The Freediver course introduces open water dives, with depths ranging from 10 to 16 meters.
The Advanced Freediver course aims for deeper dives (16–24 meters) and includes depth rescue skills.
AIDA Courses:
AIDA 1 is an introductory course with no specific performance requirements.
AIDA 2 and AIDA 3 progressively increase performance requirements in static, dynamic, and constant weight disciplines, along with corresponding rescue skills.
Molchanovs Courses:
Lap 1 is a pool-only course focusing on static and dynamic apnea.
Wave 1 includes open water dives to depths of 12–20 meters and rescue skills from 6–10 meters.
Wave 2 advances to deeper dives (24–30 meters), introduces dynamic apnea without fins (DNF), and requires rescue skills from 15 meters.
